So this is the Mayor of Providence, R.I., sitting at his desk, smiling, with several boxes of tampons around him (I guess it was for a good cause, initiative to help women get menstrual products who cant afford them) and posted to his social media accounts. But who in God's name on his staff thought this picture would be a good idea???
